Pipe Beveling
End prep bevelers are the ideal machines for pipe beveling on open-ended workpieces where no cutting of pipe is required. Wachs ID mounted end prep include the EP 424 (4 inch – 24 inch), available as a form tool basic model or deluxe models with the SpeedPrep autofeed system, and three SDB end prep models capable of machining .88 inch ID to 12.75 inches OD. All ID-Mounted end preps use self-centering mandrels for quick setup and operation.
Wachs DynaPrep Split Frames mount to the OD of the pipe and can perform simultaneous in-line pipe cutting and simple to complex beveling operations.
