SDSF Small Diameter Split Frame Tooling

Genuine SDSF Tooling is designed for Wachs SDSF Small Diameter Split Frame models 1.0 to 6.0 that cover 1/2in (12.7mm) up to 6.6in (167.6mm) O.D. The cut and bevel form tools can machine all common pipe materials and most pipe schedules up to .437in (11.1mm)  wall. The socket weld tooling covers the same size pipe sizes and sockets up to 6,000 lbs.

All tooling is manufactured from premium tool steels with exclusive designs to give you consistent quality cutting. Our OEM blades are manufactured and tested to the highest standards in the industry. The cutters listed below are the commonly used tooling for most applications.
